Dataset is in json format.
Dataset is a list of point tuples. The first element of every point is an input vector, generated from all independent questions. The second element of every point is a list of target vectors. Each target vector corresponds to a dependent question, in order that dependent questions are given.

Answers are converted to numbers as follows, and concatenated together:

Radio: One-hot vector. Value of 1 for selected answer, and 0 for others.
Checkbox: Vector with value of 1 for all selected answers, and 0 for others.
Scale: Selected value, scaled to [0, 1].
Number: Entered value, scaled to [0, 1].

Values of "null" indicate unanswered questions.
